  Alejandro Arias, speaker, writer and founder of Bepreneur, a consulting agency focused on entrepreneurship, employability and productivity, helping entrepreneurs and businesses on their growth strategy. Alejandro previously held management positions in marketing and sales as VP and Director of multinationals such as Oracle, Samsung, Ilumno and Berlitz where he achieved sales of more than USD550 million and successfully launched several brands in the Latin American market. Alejandro is also part of the BMC TV team that created the Game Changers Fest.
